Shipping & Delivery

We  will ship to almost any address within the contiguous U.S.A. via UPS, FedEx, DHL or the Freight carrier of our choice. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or locations outside the United States of America however, additional shipping charges will apply along with an extending shipping time due to the additional handling involved. Please contact us for charges concerning shipping to these addresses.

Our privacy policy is simple. We are in the business of selling merchandise not customer information. We do not want anyone sending us  junk mail or getting  annoying phone calls anymore than you do. When you give us your private information,  it is stored securely on our servers and  It is never sold or traded.

We do collect information on this site to enable us to process your order efficiently, contact you about your order, and to improve our site. This includes  your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address (if different than your billing address) and your email address. We will contact you about your order when needed. You will only receive periodic emails from us if you sigend up to be on our mailing list

For your protection any credit card information placed on our Secure online server is erased from the secure area of the web site after your order is processed. If you are just window shopping our site,, you can do so with peace of mind. We so  not record anything from your computer, or otherwise interfere with your shopping experience.  if you don't  feel comfortable placing your order online or just want to check up on us, then give us a call at and we will take your order over the phone, answer your questions or just give you a live weather update from San Antonio, Texas -  Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Credit Card Information:
Our credit card processor checks the billing address of your credit card account and the CVV2 code on the back of your card. If all the information does not match, we will contact you for verification.

The Order Process:
Online orders are encrypted on our secure servers and transferred to our order system via SCP ( a secure data transmission system). Our order department will review your order before it processing. If there are any problems, or extended delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Your credit card will be billed at the time your order enters the shipping process in our warehouse or is sent to a vendor for factory-direct shipment.

Returns & Replacements

Please call or email us for instructions on item returns

• If you return the item(s) in sellable condition within 30 days, (meaning it is in mint condition with all packing materials so we can resell it) you'll receive a credit to your credit card, (or a refund in the method of payment), for the purchase price minus shipping cost to you.**
• If you return the item(s) in less than sellable condition within 30 days, (meaning it has been lightly used and not damaged and/or you put it together and it really didn't work for you), you'll receive a Coupon for the purchase price (it can be used at any of our Backyard HQ Stores, more are coming soon.) minus a 15% re-stocking fee plus shipping cost to you.**
• If you return the item(s) in un-sellable condition, (meaning it has been used, worn, damaged and we cannot resell it), we will return the item to you. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the return.

**(We cannot reimburse shipping for returned items except in cases of errors in fulfilling the order - shipping costs to you will not be re-imbursed (note: we offer no shipping charge to you on most orders over $100, however there is a shipping cost to ship the item to you. The amount that we paid the shipping company to get the product to you will not be re-imbursed plus you will be responsible for returning the item to us at your cost.)

Pricing on our site

We do our best to provide accurate pricing on our website, however, due to human error on updating or posting prices we reserve the right to change pricing at any time. If there is a mistake in the selling price of a product, we will contact you before we process your order.

Price Match
We check our competition regularly to make sure that we offer the lowest prices possible. However, the web is a big place and we sometimes miss someone else’s sale or special. If you find a lower price on any item that we carry, call us or e-mail us at sales@4seasongreenhouse.com. If we can confirm the price is from an authorized retailer, we’ll do our best to beat their price. If we can’t do it, we’ll give you a coupon for $15 off your next purchase at any of our stores.

Exception: The only time we will not match a price is when it would result in selling the product at a loss. If we can’t do it, we’ll give you a coupon for $15 off your next purchase at any of our stores.

 

This usually only happens when one of the "big box" stores are running a special we just can't match but they can't match our product knowledge and commitment to customer service. ( this offer does not include items sold through ebay).
